1. About Baba Bhairav Travels

Baba Bhairav Travels ("we", "us", "our") is a domestic travel agency based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, operating since 2000. We offer tour packages, city tours, wedding cars, tempo travellers, corporate transport and pickup services within India. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

We provide domestic travel and tour-related services within India only. We do not offer international tours, visa services, passport services or cruise packages. Any references to destinations outside India on this website are informational only and do not constitute an offer of international travel services.

3. Bookings & Enquiries

Enquiries submitted through our website, WhatsApp or phone are treated as requests for a quotation and are not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified the required advance payment and issued a written confirmation (via WhatsApp, email or SMS).

4. Pricing

Prices quoted for tours, cars and services may vary based on season, festival dates, fuel prices and vehicle/hotel availability. Any price shared verbally or in an initial quotation is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

5. Payments

We accept advance and full payments through Razorpay, a licensed and secure Indian payment gateway. See our Payment Disclaimer for details on how payments are processed and confirmed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal, contact and travel details at the time of booking.
• Carry valid identification and any documents required for temple entry, hotel check-in or travel within India.
• Reach pickup points on time; delays caused by the customer may affect the itinerary and are not our responsibility.

8. Third-Party Services

Hotels, homestays, drivers, boat operators and other service providers used during your trip are independent third parties. They are responsible for the services they directly provide, and are governed by their own policies, in addition to ours.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, weather, strikes, government restrictions, road closures or public health emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you and offer alternatives where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service booked with us. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or losses arising from third-party service providers acting outside our control.

11. Website Content & Images

Some photographs used on this website are for illustrative purposes and are sourced from free-to-use, royalty-free stock photo libraries (such as Pexels), used under their respective free-use licences. They represent the destinations, culture and experiences we help you reach, and may not depict our own vehicles, staff or exact tour groups. 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
