We arrange tour packages, city tours, wedding transport, tempo travellers, corporate transport and pickups within India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and enquiry/booking process, and how we use it.

• Trip details you share with us — destination, travel dates, number of travellers and the service you need.
• Booking and payment-related information, such as booking ID, payment amount and transaction status (payment card and UPI details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers).
• Basic technical information such as browser type and device, collected automatically to keep the website working correctly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries and prepare tour quotations.
• To confirm bookings and coordinate travel arrangements with hotels, drivers and other service providers.
• To process payments securely through Razorpay and send booking confirmations or receipts.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding your trip.
• To improve our services and website based on general usage patterns.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:

• Razorpay, our payment gateway partner, to process online payments securely.
• Third-party service providers directly involved in your trip, such as hotels, drivers, and transport operators, limited to the details needed to fulfil your booking.
• Government authorities, only where required by Indian law.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil your booking, respond to any disputes, and meet our accounting and legal obligations under Indian law, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Online payments are processed through Razorpay's encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — we never see or store your full card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what information we hold, by contacting us using the details below. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to complete an ongoing booking.
